Situated beside the small town of El Castillo, 2km from the sea and 15 minutes from the airport, the villa is centrally located for exploring the whole island. It comprises circa 1,000 sq feet of living space and comfortably caters for 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 if required. There are three bedrooms, (master ensuite) and two twins.

Rooms

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a special order spacious 180cm double bed. All bedrooms have integral wardrobes, providing ample storage space and all bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. A secure safe can be individually coded. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with Master Bedroom comprising bath, shower, bidet and double sink. Large main bathroom with bath, shower, WC and marble sink. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including dishwasher,washing machine, microwave, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. There is a full supply of glassware and utensils for all your cooking, dining & serving needs. Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, extra large boiler ensures plentiful hot water. Living Rooms: The lounge/dining area is beautifully furnished using traditional natural Canarian style furniture and provides a cool place to relax, dine watch the satellite TV (21 inch monitor) / Video or listen to music, (portable stereo provided) Other: The patio decked out in sun loungers, easy chairs and drinks table is shaded from the sun and overlooks your own heated pool. Just perfect for al fresco dining! The large roof terrace a haven for serious sun tanning, enjoys golf and ocean views. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels included. Property is cleaned weekly although a mid week maid service is available for a small extra charge. Pool is cleaned twice a week - tues & fridays.

Other Rooms

The patio decked out in sun loungers, easy chairs and drinks table is shaded from the sun and overlooks your own heated pool. Kidney shaped heated pool, (7.5m x 3.5m x 1.5m) and surrounding garden area. The Garden area around the pool is tiled in natural stone with an attractive Canarian stone barbecue provided for your convenience. A shower is situated at the pool steps where there is also a secure handrail to make it easy to get in and out of the pool. The grounds are planted with a selection of flowers, (including Hibiscus, Cannas etc.) and indigenous palm trees. Privacy is maintained through the use of 1.5m high cane cladding around the villa's boundary fence. The large roof terrace provides a haven for serious sun tanning and enjoys views across the golf course down to the port area of Caleta and the Ocean beyond

Locality

Coast/Beach The best nearest beach is in Caleta to the right of the port (approx 2km away). This is a beautiful horse shoe shaped sandy beach, very safe and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. You can also hire sunbeds and parasols for the day at a very reasonable cost. A new 3km stretch of man-made beach is now open across the road from the golf course complex (approx. 1-2 km away). The most popular beaches on the Island are located at Corralejo, El Cotillo, Costa Calma, Cofte and Jandia. Golf The Villa is situated on Fuerteventura Golf Club, a new 18 hole championship course with lush wide fairways lined by swaying palm trees. The course, the first on the island, is a par 70 extending 6124 metres from the championship tees, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse down towards the ocean. Villa is located 2 minutes from clubhouse and first tee. Travel Villa La Isla Bonita is located 15 minutes from Fuerteventura Airport. Taxis are plentiful, very good standard and relatively cheap. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the beauty of this very special island. Distances 15 minute taxi ride from Fuerteventura airport. 2km from the beach and marina / port area at Caleta de Fustes where diving and water sports are available. 2km from Caleta's wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. 15 minutes by car from Fuerteventura's capital, Puerto Del Rosario. 2 minutes from the golf club house, first tee, practice range and 5 star bars / restaurants. 1- 2 minutes by car to a large commercial centre which includes: numerous high quality bars & restaurants. Further details Island is perfect for big game fishing,watersports (diving, water skiing, wind surfing and kite boarding). There are plentiful horse riding centres. There is also the opportunity to explore the other canary islands in particular the spectacular Lanzarote 40 mins by ferry from Corralejo.
